Marilyn August is a business advisor, wealth coach and the founder of Wealth & Wisdom Seminars, a company devoted to dramatically increasing productivity by changing the way people think about money. She is an author, consultant and popular speaker on the topic "Mind Over Money."
In 1990, her Seven Agreements for Financial Success©, a simple solution that offers a uniquely integrated approach to increasing wealth, became the foundation for her highly popular Wealth & Wisdom Seminars. Ten years later, Marilyn introduced her book, Journey to Wealth & Wisdom. Both the book and the seminars help people transform their relationship to money and have more of it to take to the bank. In 2008 her second book was published, Wealthy U: Seven Sacred Wealth & Wisdom Lessons.
Marilyn consults with a growing number of executives and commissioned sales professionals to increase their profitable productivity. She uses the powerful tools and techniques she developed in more than 15 years supporting and empowering prosperous achievement. Marilyn has been featured in the Los Angles Times, Orange County Register and OC Metro Magazine. She has written a monthly column for Living Better Magazine in San Diego, CA, and hosted her own radio show, "The Money Game," during which she interviewed people who had amazing successes.
She has also been a Business Consultant for the Small Business Development Center (SBA) where she excelled at developing and implementing strategic business plans. Her professional background includes ten years as a corporate trainer for international companies such as American Honda Corporation.
Since obtaining her Master's degree from Northern Illinois University, she has focused her career and her passion on transforming relationships to money by helping businesses, sales professionals and committed individuals discover what holds them back from achieving the wealth and wisdom they truly desire.
